The Belgian company Alpha Wellness Sensations specialises in the planning and construction of high-quality Sauna and Spa solutions. The internationally renowned company has established itself as somewhat of a trendsetter when it comes to the realisation of individualistic projects. It’s no surprise then that Alpha Wellness Solutions often chooses to work hand in hand with RoHol - especially when it comes to customised solutions or special designs that really stand out.
This project shows an infrared cabin constructed using SaunaPly and a Funghi veneer. This wood type has really eye-catching characteristics and the unique optic is achieved using completely natural finishing processes. An exciting architectural effect is created by installing the boards in different directions; the unique characteristics of the Funghi veneer stand in the limelight and work against each other to create an almost optical illusion.
Specific challenges require unique solutions- here, they were found by using RoHol SaunaPly with Funghi veneer!
